Learning and Development

• Coordinate, deliver, and support training programs for F&B team members.

• Assist in developing and updating SOPs, service standards, and training manuals.
• Organize training records, attendance sheets, and feedback from sessions.
• Provide follow-up coaching, shadowing, and on-the-floor support to reinforce training.
• Participate in pre-shifts, service observations, and F&B walkthroughs.
• Assist with set-up, planning, and coordination of training events or development activities.

Hospitality Training Specialist – Food & Beverage

Support Engineer

• Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Assist in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans; maintain knowledge of plan executables and respond to crises as needed.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices, network hardware, printers, scanners, presentation systems, and related software.
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex IT and hardware problems, implementing corrective solutions and coordinating off-site repairs as necessary.
• Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support and communicate with third-party AV vendors as required.
• Deliver training and support to end users and staff on equipment operation and system use.
• Maintain accurate inventories of IT and networking equipment, including monitors, servers, routers, switches, and peripheral devices.
• Document all instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
• Track and manage IT hardware/equipment contracts, including contract-based installations.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests via calls, pages, and emails.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Information Technology Support Technician

• Oversee the daily operations of the Casino Cage, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with all internal controls, company policies, and state gaming regulations.
• Manage, direct, and supervise all cage operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, adherence to procedures, and maintenance of an efficient, secure, and guest-focused work environment.
• Maintain control and inventory of currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documentation.
• Implement and enforce gaming controls and internal policies in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Review and approve departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee recordkeeping and financial documentation within the Cage area.
• Evaluate, train, and coach Cage team members to promote performance excellence.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for Cage personnel.

Cage Shift Manager

Auditor

• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Conducts daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenue, including slots, table games, F&B, and other operational areas.
• Reviews financial documents, reports, and supporting data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Researches and investigates missing, inaccurate, or conflicting financial information and resolves discrepancies.
• Compiles and maintains supporting documentation for audit findings, variances, and unusual transactions.
• Prepares daily revenue audit reports and ensures all required submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Enters audit data into revenue audit systems and generates reports for management review.
• Prepares journal entries and records variances, coupons, and other accounting-related transactions.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts regularly and investigates discrepancies as needed.
• Assists in monitoring all property financial activities to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and gaming regulations.
• Processes and analyzes data from multiple operational systems for reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
• Writes, updates, and maintains departmental audit procedures and checklists.
• Meets daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines.

• Oversee daily operations of the slot department, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and operational readiness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to slot operations team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and deliver ongoing feedback to support professional development.
• Participate in the interview and selection process for slot operations candidates and recommend hiring decisions.
• Provide recommendations regarding team member transfers, promotions, suspensions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to address escalated employee relations matters.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor operational effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local gaming laws and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor departmental activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and gaming regulations property-wide.
• Coordinate staffing and operational support for promotions, special events, and peak gaming periods.
• Provide position-specific training and ensure team members complete required compliance and operational training.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and observations to maintain operational efficiency and guest service standards.
