Beverage Server, PT/FT
WarHorse GamingBeverage Server providing prompt beverage service to guests at WarHorse Gaming Lincoln. Responsible for guest satisfaction through efficient service and compliance with liquor laws.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests.
- Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards.
- Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service.
- Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable.
- Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices.
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications preferred.
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred.
