Ale Haus Supervisor
WarHorse GamingAle Haus Shift Supervisor leading beverage team to ensure exceptional guest service at both Omaha and Lincoln locations. Managing daily operations and maintaining high service standards in a gaming environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
- Lead and support beverage team members to provide exceptional guest service.
- Provide team members with the tools, training, communication, and resources needed for success.
- Assist with scheduling team members to ensure proper staffing levels for daily operations and special events.
- Monitor beverage inventory, par levels, and supplies to meet operational demands.
- Participate in weekly inventory counts and assist with weekly and monthly beverage orders.
- Ensure all food and beverage purchases are properly paid for or authorized through approved comp procedures.
- Assist beverage staff with balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift and report discrepancies to Finance.
- Ensure beverages are prepared and served accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain compliance with all responsible alcohol service requirements, including TIPS or S.M.A.R.T. training.
- Authorize approved complimentary transactions within established guidelines.
- Assist in developing beverage promotions, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.
- Stay informed on current beverage trends and guest preferences.
- Conduct shift meetings and ensure team members complete all required training and certifications.
- Maintain compliance with departmental policies, internal controls, and all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster positive guest, team member, and public relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of food and beverage leadership experience.
- At least one (1) year of supervisory experience in a high-volume beverage operation, preferably within a casino, hotel, entertainment venue, or multi-outlet restaurant environment.
- Experience managing operations that include bars, banquets, entertainment venues, or multiple food and beverage outlets preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and beverage operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, labor controls, and financial accountability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
