About the role
- Collaborate with Account Executives to open important business opportunities for WalkMe
- Map out accounts to target and create strategic plans for opening discussions
- Expand WalkMe's client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities
- Identify and create cross selling opportunities within customer accounts
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; adhere to SLAs for follow up on inbound leads (MQLs)
- Use creative communications to increase customer interest in WalkMe products
- Research prospective clients and acquire high-level contacts
- Book initial qualification and/or discovery meetings for AEs within assigned accounts
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline; maintain high-volume activity including outbound cold and warm calls, emails and social selling
- Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model
Requirements
- You have grit and you don't give up easily
- Have experience creating new connections and building relationships
- Ability to think on your feet and pivot as circumstances change
- Interest in technical SaaS Sales
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
- Sales training and salesforce.com, Outreach & Sales Navigator experience are a plus
- Outbound Lead generation experience is a plus
- Ability to work 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) in the Raleigh office
