About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic & Engaged client accounts
- Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and executives
- Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring needs and expectations are clearly communicated and met
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to monitor satisfaction and identify emerging needs
- Maintain an Account Plan for each client
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions for client challenges
- Work closely with Practice Leaders and Sales Executives to scope and price new engagements within your accounts
- Meet or exceed revenue growth targets and retention for assigned accounts
- Prioritize learning about key solutions (Microsoft and Stoneridge offerings) and industry trends to better support client conversations
- Provide high-level guidance on project direction and ensure alignment with client goals
- Monitor delivery performance and resource alignment in partnership with delivery teams (Projects and Support)
- Intervene strategically when client relationships or delivery need support or course correction
- Participate in key delivery meetings and ensure successful handoffs between teams
- Ensure all client information, activities, and opportunities are accurately captured and regularly updated in CRM and account management systems
- Leverage client data to inform account strategies, identify trends, and enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally in a B2B environment
- 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience, with a strong focus on client delivery
- 5+ years of hands-on product experience and leading software implementations
- Proven ability to design innovative solutions that address complex business needs and streamline or automate processes
- Strong background working with Microsoft technologies and integrations, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support team members (people management experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of organizational change management, especially in the context of ERP or large-scale technology initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive sponsors and project teams
- Strong technical aptitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to team and business goals
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, clients, and partners
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
