About the role
- Help make places safer using Evolv’s AI-powered security solutions
- Expand customer base, grow sales pipeline, and achieve individual sales targets
- Within 30 days: learn products, build internal and external relationships, understand sales and MEDDPICC process
- Within 90 days: create targeted strategy for top accounts and strengthen channel partner relationships
- Within 6 months: drive net-new opportunities, generate 10 new opportunities per month, provide accurate forecasts, and begin closing deals independently
- Regular activities: prospecting, qualifying, territory planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, Salesforce upkeep, representing company at events
Requirements
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed sales quotas
- Prospect, qualify, and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Business Development, Field Marketing, Channel Management)
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce.com
- Represent Evolv at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Communicate the value of Evolv’s technology and solutions effectively
- Sell across industries including tourist attractions, schools, hospitals, manufacturing, government facilities
- Drive enterprise-level deals and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Move deals effectively through every stage of the sales cycle and accurately forecast performance
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners and influence C-suite executives
- Deliver compelling product presentations and overcome objections through consultative selling
- Willingness to travel up to 50-70% and occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays
