Technical Project Manager

• Le/la Chef(fe) de projet informatique est responsable de la conduite , du suivi et de la coordination des projets IT depuis l’expression du besoin jusqu’au déploiement opérationnel.
• Il/elle pilote les plannings, les budgets, les ressources internes/externes et garantit la qualité des livrables.
• Les domaines d’application de ces projets sont nos applications métiers, nos Infrastructures IT et notre Cyber.
• Il/elle joue le rôle d’ interface entre les métiers, les équipes techniques, les prestataires et assure la réussite des projets sans intervention directe dans du développement applicatif.

• Assurer l’assistance auprès des clients utilisateurs et installateurs des systèmes sûreté HIRSCH (contrôle d’accès, périmétrie).
• Assister les clients dans leurs opérations d’installation et de mise en service des équipements, matériels et logiciels.
• Effectuer directement les opérations nécessaires à la mise en route et au bon fonctionnement des installations.
• Contrôler la conformité fonctionnelle des équipements et divers éléments des systèmes installés.
• Localiser et diagnostiquer les incidents, les anomalies de fonctionnement ou les pannes et défauts.
• Effectuer des mises au point, des essais de fonctionnement ou des simulations.
• Tenir à jour des informations techniques dans notre base de données clientes.
