💰 €50,000 - €65,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop the region’s revenue and grow sales within the existing customer base (equipment, services, maintenance)
  • Identify new opportunities and expand or upgrade already installed solutions
  • Influence specifications and make recommendations to sector decision‑makers and influencers (engineering consultancies, integrators, etc.)
  • Organize sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special campaigns, etc.)
  • Lead and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors)
  • Train customers, integrators and distributors on the offered solutions and services
  • Advise on technological developments and new software releases
  • Manage the commercial and technical follow‑up of projects: needs analysis, feasibility study, costing, proposal, order, invoicing
  • Contribute to responses for customer tenders for managed accounts
  • Support the back‑office team to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions
  • Deliver product demonstrations during meetings or at events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree with commercial and technical training in electronics or industrial IT/industrial computing
  • 3 years of commercial experience in specification sales and key account development
  • Ability to operate in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of building electronic security systems is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the sales process from project sale through order intake
  • Ability to perform market analysis
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
