About the role

  • Develop the sector’s revenue and manage the existing customer base
  • Identify new opportunities and upgrade existing installed solutions
  • Recommend solutions to decision-makers and influencers in the sector (engineering consultancies, integrators, etc.)
  • Organize sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special campaigns, etc.)
  • Manage and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors)
  • Train clients, integrators and distributors on the solutions and services offered
  • Advise on technological developments and new software releases
  • Ensure commercial and technical project follow-up: needs analysis, feasibility study, costing, proposal, order, invoicing
  • Contribute to responses to client tender calls for the accounts you manage
  • Deliver product demonstrations during meetings or at events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in business with technical training in electronics or industrial IT
  • Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience in specification selling and development with large accounts
  • Ability to work in a technical environment
  • Knowledge of building electronic security is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to manage the full sales process from project development through order placement
  • Able to perform market analysis
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
