Provide assistance to end customers and installers of HIRSCH security systems (access control, perimeter security).
Assist customers with the installation and commissioning of equipment, hardware and software.
Perform on-site operations required for commissioning and proper functioning of installations, or provide remote assistance to operators.
Verify the functional compliance of installed equipment and system components.
Locate and diagnose incidents, operational anomalies or failures.
Carry out adjustments, functional tests or simulations.
Keep technical information up to date in our customer database.

Requirements

Minimum education level: Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year technical degree), specialized in Electronics, Automation and Industrial IT.
Experience in low-voltage systems, security systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) — minimum 2 years.
Driving license required.
Network IT knowledge; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
Operating systems (Windows).
Field networks / industrial fieldbus.
Database engine (SQL).
Technical English (fluent, B2–C1).
