About the role
- Develop the region's revenue and grow the existing customer base (equipment, services, maintenance)
- Identify new opportunities and upgrade existing installed solutions
- Promote and specify solutions to decision-makers and influencers (consulting firms, system integrators, etc.)
- Arrange sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special campaigns, etc.)
- Engage and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors)
- Train customers, integrators and distributors on the offered solutions and services
- Advise on technological developments and new software releases
- Manage the commercial and technical follow-up of projects: needs analysis, feasibility study, costing, proposal, order, invoicing
- Contribute to client tender responses for accounts under your responsibility
- Support the back-office team to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations during meetings or events
Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commercial and technical fields, preferably in electronics or industrial IT
- Minimum 3 years' experience in prescriptive sales and business development of key accounts
- Ability to work in a technical environment
- Knowledge of building electronic security systems is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage the sales process from project development through to order intake
- Ability to perform market analysis
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
