Provide assistance to end users and installers of HIRSCH security systems (access control, perimeter detection) to prevent and resolve operational or installation issues.
Support customers during the installation and commissioning of equipment, hardware and software.
Perform the necessary operations to start up and ensure the proper functioning of installations.
Verify the functional compliance of equipment and various components of installed systems.
Locate and diagnose incidents, malfunctions, failures and defects.

Requirements

Associate degree (Bac+2) minimum in Electronics, Automation or Industrial IT/Industrial Computing.
Minimum 2 years' experience with low-voltage systems, security systems and BMS (Building Management Systems).
Valid driver's license required.
Network IT skills (knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus).
Operating systems (Windows).
Field networks / fieldbus technologies.
SQL database engine experience.
Technical English (proficiency at B2–C1 level).
