Account Executive

• Actively support wholesalers, installers and project partners throughout the entire sales process
• Build long-term relationships with wholesalers, installers and key partners in your region
• Support sales activities at the sales counter through product promotion and technical guidance
• Track construction projects from tender/estimate through to execution and identify new business opportunities
• Provide technical support to local and selected contractors to help them develop competitive and cost-efficient solutions using our products
• Deliver product presentations, provide technical advisory services and participate in trade shows and customer events

Sales Representative – Budapest Region

Support Engineer

• Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment across assigned sites
• Execute shop floor IT tasks: device installations, replacements, connectivity checks, and remediation activities on the production floor
• Collaboration with Shopfloor IT team on manufacturing and supply chain projects (e.g., machine procurement or machine relocations) incl. IT requirements analysis
• Active participation in optimizing support processes as well as developing and expanding monitoring solutions in the shopfloor environment.
• Managing external suppliers from an IT perspective, specifically regarding remote maintenance solutions for production systems
• Resolve escalated incidents that require physical presence incl. structured handover, execution, and feedback to customer on resolution (incl. training and guidance to end users on systems and tools)
• Support device lifecycle activities: new device setup, asset tagging, decommission, and collection
• Maintain accurate asset records for all on-site equipment (update CMDB)
• Coordinate with IT Foundation and execute on-site infrastructure activities (e.g., network patching, security patching, infrastructure troubleshooting)
• Support IT projects with local presence for rollout support and site-specific knowledge transfer
• Escalate complex issues to expert teams, external providers
• Adhere to change management and documentation standards for all field activities

IT Support Technician

District Sales Manager – DFW Region

• Carry out sales objectives and implement sales strategies
• Discovery, development and realization of Project Opportunities in the Sales District
• Soliciting new customers/contractors to increase demand for products
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision makers
• Conduct sales calls and deliver professional presentations
• Maintain sales reports and forecasts and track expenses
• Travel up to 80% of the time to provide ongoing training and support

• The District Sales Manager is responsible for carrying out sales objectives; implementing sales and account strategies as set out by management and achieving results in a matrix sales organization;
• Discovery, development and realization of Project Opportunities in own Sales District as well as soliciting new customers/contractors to increase demand for products;
• Cultivating long-term relationships with key account decision makers;
• Demonstrating effective sales call planning and execution skills including utilization of CRM to manage efforts and drive results tracked through visits and CRM Opportunity Funnel;
• Delivering professional sales presentations;
• Working with local manufacturing reps as directed by Regional Sales Manager or Lead, Regional Sales;
