Business Development Rep

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including 40–60+ cold calls per day
• Conduct personalized, high-touch email outreach at scale
• Engage prospects through LinkedIn outreach and consistent follow-ups
• Identify and target luxury real estate brokers, teams, developers, and builders
• Build, segment, and manage prospect lists within your assigned region
• Receive and qualify inbound leads (approximately 7–10 per day)
• Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs and opportunities
• Qualify prospects based on property value, timeline, fit, and staging requirements
• Schedule qualified walkthroughs and discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain strong show rates and high-quality meeting acceptance by AEs
• Accurately log all activities in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo)
• Track and manage daily performance metrics, including calls, emails, responses, and meetings set
• Report on weekly performance and overall pipeline health
• Maintain consistent pipeline hygiene and ensure data accuracy
• Represent the brand with professionalism across all early-stage interactions
• Educate prospects on the value of luxury staging in accelerating sales and enhancing perceived property value
• Establish credibility and build trust to create a strong foundation for Account Executive engagement

Business Development Representative

Sales

• - Own and manage the full sales cycle for luxury home staging projects.
• - Convert inbound staging inquiries through consultative calls, site visits, and pricing presentations.
• - Present staging solutions that position homes for faster sales and higher perceived value in the luxury market.
• - Confidently close staging contracts and secure repeat business.
• - Proactively generate new staging opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building with:
• - Attend open houses, broker events, and industry functions to promote staging services and expand the sales pipeline.
• - Establish long-term partnerships that result in recurring staging engagements.
• - Assess properties to determine staging scope, budget, timeline, and target buyer profile.
• - Recommend appropriate staging packages based on property size, market positioning, and sales goals.
• - Collaborate with internal staging and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes and smooth project execution.
• - Serve as a polished ambassador of the brand in all staging-related client interactions.
• - Maintain the company’s reputation for luxury presentation, professionalism, and reliability.

Staging Sales – Luxury Home Staging

Product Designer

• Design proprietary furniture and home product collections across upholstery, case goods, lighting, textiles, rugs, and accessories
• Translate merchandising direction, trend research, and conceptual inspiration into original product concepts
• Develop & present sketches, renderings, technical drawings, specifications, and design presentations
• Prepare detailed product development packages including dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction direction
• Report directly to and collaborate closely with the Merchandising team throughout the design and development process
• Partner with Product Development and interface with engineers and manufacturing partners as needed to support production feasibility, quality standards, and cost objectives
• When applicable, participate in prototype reviews, sample evaluations, finish approvals, and product revisions
• Help maintain product development timelines and support seasonal launch schedules
• Maintain strong understanding of furniture construction, upholstery methods, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Apply technical knowledge to ensure design concepts are executable within manufacturing parameters
• Support communication between design intent and production execution across internal and external partners
• Research and monitor competitive landscape across luxury interiors, staging, retail, hospitality, and contract trends
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Vesta’s proprietary product aesthetic

Senior Product Designer

Network Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure network infrastructure across data centers, remote sites, and cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Architect and operate routing and switching infrastructure including BGP, NAT, VLANs, Spanning Tree, IPsec VPNs, PBR, and HSRP.
• Manage and tune enterprise firewall platforms (Cisco, pfSense, Check Point) in alignment with PCI DSS segmentation and access control requirements.
• Administer and optimize F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM for application delivery, load balancing, and traffic steering across production environments.
• Manage Cloudflare DNS, WAF, and network security policies for internet-facing properties.
• Maintain network security policy management via FireMon; contribute to access path analysis and rule lifecycle management.
• Evaluate, deploy, and operationalize free open-source software (FOSS) as replacements for commercial products where appropriate (e.g., network monitoring, IPAM, configuration backup).
• Manage Proxmox-based virtualization as it relates to network-adjacent workloads and VM/LXC networking.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to manage WAN circuits, resolve outages, and drive cost optimization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for network topology, configurations, and operational runbooks; support PCI DSS and SOC 1 Type 2 audit evidence collection.
• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours work including unscheduled incidents.
• Travel to domestic data center and office locations as needed to support deployments or incidents.
