Product Manager

• Become an industry expert, providing the mortgage and business context necessary to the team to build a product that solves the most important customer problems.
• Work closely with Vesta's existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their needs and problems.
• Help shape the evolution of the Vesta product, working with, and facilitating collaboration between, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help shape the product team and its culture, and Vesta's as well.
• Note: We don't expect you to have a deep understanding of the nuances of the mortgage process or industry initially. However, success in this role will require a high degree of curiosity, persistence, and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem.

Operations

• Optimize warehouse operations and ensure safe, efficient handling of products
• Maintain organization of warehouse and proper storage practices
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records
• Monitor projects, coordinate with internal teams, and report discrepancies
• Collaborate with design ops and operations teams to forecast demand and plan procurement
• Utilize warehouse management systems (EAMS, INTERNAL) to track inventory movements
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improve efficiency
• Assist development of materials management strategies to optimize picking process
• Coordinate with operation teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting
• Implement inventory control best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Warehouse Operations Specialist

Recruitment

• Onsite Recruiter supporting Operations teams in Pembroke Park, FL; full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, logistics, and field operations.
• Identify candidates via job boards, trade schools, referrals, networking, events, and community outreach; build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Leverage sourcing tools, Boolean search, resume databases, and direct outreach to engage passive candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, coordinate interviews, provide interview prep and feedback, and support onboarding.
• Represent Vesta’s culture and values; participate in job fairs and recruitment events; develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria; provide market and salary guidance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Workable ATS; generate recruitment reports; ensure compliance with employment laws.
