• Lead design for core areas of the platform that introduce users to Userpilot’s value.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Use research, data, and feedback to continuously refine and improve user journeys.
• Contribute to the design system and shape product look, feel, and interactions.
• Own projects end-to-end with autonomy and make a visible impact.

User Researcher

• Plan and conduct user research to uncover behaviors, motivations, and challenges
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and requirements that guide design and development
• Translate research into clear, actionable direction for product designers and engineers
• Communicate user pain points and the value of solutions to inspire action
• Collaborate closely with product designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
• Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring every project starts with customer needs
• Connect research with execution to ensure solutions are intuitive and rooted in user value
