• Write the highest-impact assets at Userpilot: pillar articles, industry reports, benchmark studies, ebooks, courses, playbooks, and thought leadership essays.
• Develop a clear editorial voice and POV that makes Userpilot recognizable across formats and channels.
• Turn product and customer insights into original research and proprietary data.
• Work alongside the SEO team to turn keyword and topic briefs into high-ranking content.
• Produce written assets that fuel paid distribution: landing pages, ad copy variants, and persona-specific narratives.
• Repackage long-form work into LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and short videos in collaboration with designers.

Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute highly strategic demand generation plans, specifically tailored for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS
• Plan, launch, and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives (1:1 and 1:few campaigns) that effectively engage and convert target accounts
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Content teams to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, utilizing analytical skills to draw actionable insights, optimize activities, and clearly communicate results tied to ROI
• Think creatively and strategically, devising unique campaign concepts that cut through the noise and resonate with the target audience and accounts
• Oversee and optimize investments across major paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit ads etc.) to maximize lead quality and volume
• Regularly report to leadership on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and achieved business outcomes

Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Gross retention across a high-volume book of business
• Executing and iterating on scaled engagement playbooks - onboarding sequences, health-triggered outreach, group webinars, and in-app guidance rather than bespoke account strategy
• Monitoring health signals and usage data across your book to identify at-risk accounts and prioritize intervention efficiently
• Running lightweight account reviews and check-ins with higher-value accounts in your segment, where 1:1 time is warranted
• Coordinating with AEs on expansion signals within your book. They own the commercial motion, you surface the opportunities
• Escalating product feedback and customer needs to internal teams in a structured, aggregated way
• Contributing to the development of self-serve resources, templates, and playbooks that improve outcomes across the full customer base
