Analyst

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to assigned applications and systems, primarily EPIC ASAP
• Support planning, design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of systems to meet clinical and operational needs
• Lead or coordinate system conversions, documentation, training efforts, and provide go-live support
• Troubleshoot and maintain applications; serve as primary point of contact for application support
• Provide ongoing support and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient care and outcomes
