• Serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.
• Recommend and implement best-practice design across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup.
• Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance.

• Participate in Workday projects, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates.
