Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from scope definition through execution, delivery, and transition to operations
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define clear, achievable project deliverables
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions to stay on track
Manage scope, schedule, and budget through structured change control processes
Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis
Conduct on-site engagement with hospital departments to identify risks early and ensure minimal disruption to patient care
Coordinate department relocations related to construction or renovation projects
Evaluate and recommend solutions for scope, cost, and timeline changes
Ensure successful project closure, including handoff to operations and stakeholder acceptance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Four (4) Years of Project Management experience
PMI (PMP) Certification within 12 - 24 months of hire
Five (5) years of healthcare experience (Preferred)
Three (3) years Construction and/or Facilities Management experience (Preferred)
PMP or CAPM Certification (Preferred)
