• We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst (PM) for the Performance Hub to prioritize and manage the growth backlog, ensuring initiatives across Creative, Media, Automation, and Data progress in an integrated, prioritized way and remain aligned with acquisition and activation targets for new cooperative members.
• This person will play a key role orchestrating between the Performance Hub and other teams (IT, Product, Data, Business) whose deliveries directly impact campaign performance, acting as a bridge between growth strategy needs and the technical execution capacity of the teams involved — ensuring efficiency, predictability, and consistency in the experimentation cycle and continuous operation improvement.
• Prioritize the growth initiative backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment, together with leaders from Creative, Media, Automation, and Data;
• Manage the backlog of technical requests that depend on other teams (IT, Product, Data, Legal/Compliance), translating growth needs into clear, trackable requirements;
• Lead the experimentation cycle for the Performance Hub: organize hypotheses, tests, learnings, and scale decisions;
• Facilitate growth ceremonies (sprints, prioritization rituals, results reviews), ensuring cadence and predictability of deliveries;
• Monitor and report business KPIs (acquisition, activation, conversion) and operational efficiency metrics (delivery lead time, backlog throughput);
• Serve as an interlocutor between the Performance Hub and other areas, removing bottlenecks and negotiating deadlines and priorities;
• Maintain living documentation of learnings, completed tests, and decision history to avoid rework;
• Support the Performance Hub leadership in building and evolving the growth roadmap.

Senior Growth Analyst – Performance Hub

Analyst

• Execute and evaluate control tests applied to processes, products and services, analyze deficiencies, and propose improvements and action plans to mitigate risks;
• Support business areas in structuring and improving effective internal controls, aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements;
• Prepare technical reports, opinions, and executive presentations to support management, audits, and regulatory bodies;
• Contribute to the development of the internal controls methodology, definition of indicators and measurement models, as well as the control and updating of internal policies and regulations;
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes, implement necessary adjustments, and promote a culture of internal controls through training and technical support to teams.

Internal Controls Analyst – Mid-level

• Calculate, control and analyze direct and indirect costs by product, service, cost center and business unit, ensuring correct allocation and accuracy of information;
• Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs, identifying significant deviations, their causes and possible corrective actions;
• Prepare managerial reports on costs, profitability and margins, supporting management and strategic decision-making;
• Participate in the cost budgeting and forecasting process, contributing analyses, assumptions and financial projections;
• Evaluate allocation criteria and costing methodologies, ensuring technical compliance and proposing improvements to processes and controls;
• Support pricing studies and profitability analysis, contributing to commercial and strategic decisions;

Senior Cost Analyst

QA Engineer

• Maintain clear daily communication with the team and actively participate in the discovery/design and testing process, assisting the team with issues and questions that may arise
• Conduct functional, regression and exploratory tests (both automated and manual) to ensure software quality
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Identify, report and track the status of nonconformities found during testing, ensuring they are resolved
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and ensure the software meets them
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the quality process by proposing and implementing enhancements to processes and tools

• Proactively monitor systems and applications, identifying patterns and anomalies
• Configure and tune monitoring items, alerts and basic dashboards in observability tools
• Analyze logs to support incident diagnosis
• Record and track incidents in ServiceNow, escalating those beyond your scope
• Collaborate with support, operations and development teams to resolve issues
• Act proactively to prevent risks and outages
• Maintain technical documentation and prepare basic performance and availability reports
• Propose improvements to optimize processes and the use of monitoring solutions
• Execute and monitor batch routines, scheduled jobs and corporate processing flows

Monitoring and Observability Analyst – Junior

Digital Experience Specialist

Business Analyst

• Grant, modify, and revoke access to corporate systems in accordance with internal information security policies, SoD (segregation of duties) matrices, and standardized access profiles;
• Handle the service ticket queue (incidents, requests, and inquiries) within SLA targets;
• Perform operational identity and access management routines (provisioning/modification and deprovisioning of accounts, group/profile adjustments, recertifications, account unlocks, password resets);
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring adherence to processes, checklists, and established timelines;
• Conduct basic analyses of access conflicts (SoD) and escalate to the responsible team when risks or exceptions are identified;
• Collaborate on periodic access reviews (recertification campaigns), organizing evidence and tracking outstanding items;
• Recommend operational improvements (workflow optimization, templates, simple automations, and profile standardization) and document procedures (SOPs);

• Audit compliance with policies, operational limits, and regulatory standards (Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, PREVIC) for the investment portfolio.
• Assess and test key controls over the investment portfolio (pricing, settlement, custody, and segregation of duties).
• Review portfolio risks and performance against benchmarks, ensuring data and reporting quality and consistency.
• Evaluate the performance of administrators and managers in exclusive funds, considering mandates and SLAs related to the portfolio, and prepare reports and action plans.
