About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and evaluate control tests applied to processes, products and services, analyze deficiencies, and propose improvements and action plans to mitigate risks;
- Support business areas in structuring and improving effective internal controls, aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements;
- Prepare technical reports, opinions, and executive presentations to support management, audits, and regulatory bodies;
- Contribute to the development of the internal controls methodology, definition of indicators and measurement models, as well as the control and updating of internal policies and regulations;
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes, implement necessary adjustments, and promote a culture of internal controls through training and technical support to teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields;
- Experience with internal control frameworks such as COSO or similar;
- Experience performing control tests applied to processes, products and services;
- Familiarity with regulatory standards of the Brazilian National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
