About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the evolution of our customers' digital journeys.
- Identify opportunities for growth, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Influence the development of digital products and monitor the results generated by implemented initiatives.
- Structure and lead governance for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment across areas and coordinated execution of strategic priorities.
- Lead the Product Designers team, directing their work to deliver value to customers and the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with digital products.
- Strong results orientation and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with product metrics, conversion, retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across Business, Product, Technology, and Design.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and environments with multiple squads or products.
- Ability to establish governance, prioritization, and executive alignment for digital initiatives.
- Strategic vision combined with strong execution and follow-through.
