Software Engineer

• The Site Manager Clinical Engineering leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
• This position manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop associates, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX.
• The Clinical Engineering Site Manager also directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures that TRIMDEX services are in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage service operations functions, such as service contracts and resources.
• Document the demand labor, demand parts, contracts, in-house labor, and in-house parts.
• Use policies as guides and apply sound judgement in day-to-day activities.
• Answer questions and meet with others to discern the root cause of technological/process problems.
• Manage inventory of shop supplies and database stockroom for accuracy to include an annual inventory.
• Develop service strategies with an outlook of continuous process improvement and provide metrics to TriMedx Central Office.
• Manage Joint Commission inspections and make sure open work orders are made a priority and that performance assurance inspections are documented.

• Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM’s Strategic Advisors, and hospital customer administration and clinical staff.
• Support the strategic placement and ongoing management of rental equipment to meet clinical needs while optimizing spend.
• Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships using a consultative approach.
• Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements.

Healthcare Analyst – Advisor

• Gain on the job training by shadowing experienced clinical engineers, biomedical engineers, lab engineers, and radiology engineers under the close supervision of TRIMEDX management.
• Understand the typical day of an engineer and how to work in a hospital environment.
• Respond to service calls.
• Learn how to balance workload, document repairs and PMs, vendor management, calibrate equipment, troubleshoot equipment.
• Train on preventive maintenance procedures, electrical safety, and how to repair equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures, inventory validation, and work alongside experienced technicians in a real-time service environment.

Biomedical Engineering Intern

• Serve as the organization's frontline expert on all matters relating to positive employee relations, organizing campaign responses, collective bargaining, and ongoing union contract administration.
• Responsible for developing and executing proactive labor strategies.
• Provide Human Resources Business Partner support to assigned Operations sites including but not limited to represented labor sites.
• Partner with legal and outside labor counsel to develop and implement positive employee relations strategies.
• Lead the Company’s response to union organizing campaigns from initial detection through NLRB election.
• Develop and deliver supervisory training on recognizing early signs of organizing, lawful response techniques, and maintaining a positive work environment that reduces union appeal.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments at non-union sites to identify employee relations gaps, climate risks, and potential grievances before they become organizing triggers.
• Draft and deliver legally compliant campaign communications including captive audience talking points, one-on-one conversation guides, letters from leadership, and Q&A documents.
• Manage third-party consultants; coordinate rapid-response teams for representation petitions filed with the NLRB.
• Track, analyze, and report on organizing activity trends across the industry and within competitor companies to inform proactive strategy.
