About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development, launch and scaling of new CAM solutions
Oversee proof of concept and execute the strategic development for overall CAM business prosperity
Translate strategy into scalable operational solutions and service offerings
Set high standards and accountabilities for all Clinical Asset Management platforms
Provide guidance to direct reports for customer engagement
Develop key customer relationships
Oversee all service operations with full accountability for platform-level performance
Drive process and performance excellence through associate and leadership accountability
Assure compliance and implementation of CAM services to drive business results
Utilize financial data and other business metrics to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses
Build high performing teams by selecting and retaining leaders and associates
Create a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 12 years’ overall experience and at least 7 years of people leadership experience
Extensive experience in clinical asset management operations, clinical engineering, and/or biomedical field
High ability to utilize technology and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to collaborate across support teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Experience in developing and building strong client relationships
Strategic leadership skills to execute initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive integrated objectives
Conflict resolution and team building skills
Continuous improvement process development skills including lean six sigma and root cause analysis.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a strong executive presence
Strong operational experience with the ability to set clear goals
