About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, launch and scaling of new CAM solutions
  • Oversee proof of concept and execute the strategic development for overall CAM business prosperity
  • Translate strategy into scalable operational solutions and service offerings
  • Set high standards and accountabilities for all Clinical Asset Management platforms
  • Provide guidance to direct reports for customer engagement
  • Develop key customer relationships
  • Oversee all service operations with full accountability for platform-level performance
  • Drive process and performance excellence through associate and leadership accountability
  • Assure compliance and implementation of CAM services to drive business results
  • Utilize financial data and other business metrics to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses
  • Build high performing teams by selecting and retaining leaders and associates
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 12 years’ overall experience and at least 7 years of people leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in clinical asset management operations, clinical engineering, and/or biomedical field
  • High ability to utilize technology and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to collaborate across support teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and building strong client relationships
  • Strategic leadership skills to execute initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive integrated objectives
  • Conflict resolution and team building skills
  • Continuous improvement process development skills including lean six sigma and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a strong executive presence
  • Strong operational experience with the ability to set clear goals
