Healthcare Analyst – Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze equipment utilization and rental activity to identify opportunities to reduce avoidable rentals.
- Provide recommendations and insights that drive operational change and measurable cost savings.
- Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM’s Strategic Advisors, and hospital customer administration and clinical staff.
- Support the strategic placement and ongoing management of rental equipment to meet clinical needs while optimizing spend.
- Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships using a consultative approach.
- Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst (or comparable analytical experience in a healthcare environment).
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills ; proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, change behaviors, and improve processes across cross-functional teams.
- Strong partnership-building skills and a customer-focused, consultative approach.
