Account Executive

• Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions by helping Enterprise users and customers derive value from the Tines automation platform in your territory
• Clearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power and value of the Tines automation platform
• Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions
• Working closely with channel/tech alliances in your territory to uncover and progress customer opportunities for Tines

Strategic Account Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support annual planning, long-range planning and the rolling forecast
• Maintain and enhance the three statement financial model including revenue, headcount, operational expenses
• Partner with business leaders to understand the key assumptions that will drive these models
• Take a leading role in the implementation of a new best in class planning and forecasting platform
• In-depth understanding of the three statement financial model
• Support design and modeling of the system along with integrations and testing
• Take a proactive approach to continuous improvement post-implementation
• Own data integrity, updates, scenario modeling and ad hoc reporting as the business requires
• Partner with Accounting, Data and the external vendor to ensure adoption and best-in-class usage
• Support month and quarter-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast variances utilizing automation and the planning software as much as possible
• Help identify and track key drivers and trends calling our risks when communicating to company leadership
• Support KPI development, dashboards to assist with investor reporting, board materials ensuing the accuracy and consistency of financial outputs
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes
• Support ad-hoc financial questions across the business from top line, bottom line to expense management

FP&A Analyst

Compliance

• Define and execute Tines' multi-year GRC strategy aligned with business objectives and market expansion goals
• Own the compliance roadmap, prioritizing certifications and frameworks based on customer needs and revenue impact (FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Serve as executive sponsor for all compliance programs, providing visibility and reporting to C-suite and Board of Directors
• Build business cases for compliance investments, demonstrating ROI and competitive advantage
• Monitor evolving compliance landscape, anticipating regulatory changes and translating requirements into actionable programs
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of GRC professionals, establishing career development paths and performance metrics
• Drive Tines' FedRAMP authorization to successful completion, overseeing gap remediation, documentation, and 3PAO engagement
• Maintain and optimize SOC 2 Type II compliance, ensuring efficient audit cycles and continuous control effectiveness
• Own the information security policy framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs
• Own the customer security assurance experience, including questionnaire responses, audit coordination, and Trust Center management.

Director, GRC

Product Analyst

• Own activation/TTFV and retention definitions, North Star metrics, and guardrails. Maintain a single source of truth for core growth metrics. Establish and maintain event taxonomy and tracking plan.
• Map the PLG funnel (visit → sign-up → onboard → activate → pay → expand). Diagnose drop-offs, size opportunities, and propose tests to improve conversion.
• Identify first-value moments. Recommend in-product nudges, paywall placements, trial lengths, and credit gating. Build segments for targeted nudges; model upgrade propensity; analyze packaging/pricing experiments.
• Partner with product managers to set success metrics and monitor rollouts. Work with the existing product analyst and data function to ensure PLG measurement needs are met when building new features.
• Draft hypotheses and power analyses. Define success and guardrail metrics. Pre-register analyses, communicate results, and document learnings.
• Build self-serve dashboards in Omni that answer top growth questions. Ship regular insights and quarterly syntheses on what we've learned about activation and growth.
• Work with data engineering to design pipelines for growth data sources. Write data tests, monitor freshness/completeness, and run event QA.
• Coordinate between rev ops, data engineering, platforms, and product teams. Assess tooling needs (build vs. buy decisions). Set up and instrument growth tools.

Senior Product Analyst, Growth

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and enhance Tines' Records solution for capturing, structuring, querying and visualizing data.
• Improve data management capabilities, analytics, observability and customer insights.
• Drive impactful changes in the codebase and deploy to production quickly.
• Collaborate closely with design and product to create and evolve features like dashboards and TV mode.
• Scale the Records feature to support processing massive quantities of customer data.
• Create new dashboard visualizations, querying modes and charts for customers.
• Use internal tools to improve developer workflow and share learnings via blog posts.
• Take full ownership of problems from development to production and respond to customer feedback.
• Contribute to a supportive, sustainable engineering culture that prioritizes simplicity and soundness.
• Work fully remotely from anywhere in Ireland with optional use of the Dublin office.

Software Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Own the day-to-day administration of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, DealHub, HubSpot, Gong, and other sales and marketing tools
• Manage incoming requests from Sales, CS, and Marketing teams, triaging priorities and delivering solutions efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, data quality issues, and user access problems
• Build and maintain custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation to improve data integrity and user experience
• Execute on smaller-scale projects independently or own specific workstreams within larger initiatives
• Partner with GTM leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
• Conduct user training sessions and develop enablement materials for new features or process changes

GTM Systems Analyst

Account Manager

• Support and scale one of Tines’ most critical strategic partnerships
• Deeply embedded in deal execution, cross-functional alignment, and long-term partnership growth
• Develop a clear strategy and plan with clear goals and milestones to maximize the return and shared customer impact for the partnership
• Pivot on the fly as deals come in, focusing on operational heavy activities and continuously improving the current partnership
• Build relationships with partnership leaders and present the Tines value prop to large teams
• Handle activities such as hunting down pricing approvals, creating decks on the fly, getting proposals approved, enablement activities, and marketing activities

Partner Account Manager

General Counsel

• Lead and Negotiate Commercial Transactions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage commercial contracting across the full deal lifecycle, from RFP and proposal support through negotiation and execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including SaaS subscription agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), professional services agreements, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and channel or reseller arrangements.
• Support both direct and indirect sales models across public and private sector opportunities, ensuring contracts align with Tines’ operational, security, and compliance standards.
• Partner with global Sales teams on enterprise commercial contracts, renewals, and complex customer negotiations.
