Technical Project Manager

• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through execution and delivery within the POS and Payments team.
• This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• The Senior Project Manager also plays a key role in driving process improvement, mentoring project team members, and advancing project management maturity across the organization.
• You will collaborate closely across delivery, product and engineering functions, working alongside Scrum and Kanban teams and integrating into their established flow of work to support planning, prioritization, execution, and cross-team coordination.
• You will be accountable for delivering value to the business and stakeholders.
• Understanding the TJX Solution Delivery Process (SDP) while adhering to compliance guidelines is key.
• Manage Business expectations for project engagement, time commitments, and delivery timeline.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Proven capability in building, managing, and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and reports project status to Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities to drive efficiency across the Project Management function.
• Support the teams and remove impediments and track dependencies.
• Creation and management of risk and issue log. Identify and mitigate project risks early, escalate as needed.
• Drive resolution of issues that impact timeline, scope, or budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Senior IT Project Manager – Front of Stores

Customer Support

• Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
• Maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention
• Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to ensure safety and protect the Company brand
• Adheres to Company policies and maintains Company culture and values
• Greets customers appropriately, demonstrates courtesy and respect
• Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Loss Prevention Associate

Events

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft
• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity
• Completes and distributes paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintains appropriate evidence, demonstrates understanding of law enforcement procedures and professionally participates in legal activities as needed (e.g., police calls, etc.)

• Coordinates Home Office communications with stores and field management relative to requisition of support or equipment for Loss Prevention programs and systems
• Distributes literature and information pertaining to programs to all field management to assist in execution of programs at store level
• Assists Loss Prevention Field and Home Office staff with clerical duties
• Processes invoices and conducts research where required to ensure prompt payment to LP vendors
• Maintains administrative file system for programs and systems and performs other administrative duties as assigned
• Coordinates/distributes literature and information to all field/Home Office Loss Prevention staff to ensure execution of LP programs for stores
• Documents/records assorted Loss Prevention strategy compliance from field
• Communicates delinquencies to supervisor
• Coordinates/maintains all alarm system access controls
• Communicates all changes to field management
• Distributes all alarm system activity reports to Loss Prevention Field Management

Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate

Security Engineer

• Actively support the store in uniform by greeting customers, responding to pedestal alarms, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores.
• Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions, and facilitate civil and criminal prosecution as needed.
• Conduct thorough store surveillance using CCTV and floor walking; collaborate with Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Investigators.
• Report alert signals and support Regional Internal Investigators on internal dishonesty investigations.
• Assist Supply-chain Investigators with potential losses related to the supply chain, and work with Loss Prevention Remote Investigators and District Managers.
• Identify, report, and file external incidents with law enforcement and address possible shrink opportunities.
