• Adheres to established shoplifter guidelines and policies

Loss Prevention Advisor

Architect

• Collaborating with business and IT partners to define technology strategy and architect solutions
• Providing technical direction, influencing key stakeholders and driving alignment
• Selecting new technology, reducing ecosystem complexity, and maintaining operational stability
• Defining or evolving the overall solution architecture(s) required to scale IT solutions in the CCRS and GSS areas to meet global enterprise needs

Principal Architect

• Initiates, conducts and resolves internal and/or external investigations using reports and information received
• Provides direction and support to Loss Prevention staff by directing/participating in investigations, conducting surveillance and use of CCTV equipment
• Brings investigation to conclusion by conducting fact finding analysis and interviews

Security Engineer

• Actively support the store in uniform by greeting customers, responding to pedestal alarms, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores, assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions, and facilitate civil and criminal prosecution as needed
• Conduct thorough store surveillance using CCTV and floor walking; collaborate with Organized Retail Crime (ORC) Investigators to investigate, identify, and report on external losses from repeat offenders and organized groups
• Report alert signals and support Regional Internal Investigators on internal dishonesty investigations; assist Supply-chain Investigators with potential losses related to the supply chain, and work with Loss Prevention Remote Investigators and District Managers to identify, report, and file external incidents with law enforcement and address possible shrink opportunities

• Lead the Customer Frontline Experience value stream, setting strategy and defining the long-term vision for POS and Payment initiatives across all TJX banners and geographies.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and prioritized roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at the portfolio/program level.
