About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete consolidation and validation of weekly/monthly operational and production reporting for MMX Distribution Centers
  • Share observations at weekly department meetings
  • Assist with development and execution of special processing initiatives within cross-functional teams
  • Support inbound flow through development of merchandise availability models and reporting
  • Provide liaison support between the Home Office and Distribution Centers regarding ongoing production needs and priorities
  • Maintain archival processes for production and operational metrics across distribution centers and third-party logistics sites using warehouse management and other systems
  • Participate in development of presentations for business partners
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Leverage analytical skills to support operational reporting and execution of supply-chain processes
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive cost reduction, operational efficiency, and other results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seeking Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Operations Management
  • Current Juniors or Sophomores
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and intermediate formulas
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities
  • Ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, organize multiple projects, and work independently
  • Ability to work with numbers and think creatively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
  • Experience working with numbers
