About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete consolidation and validation of weekly/monthly operational and production reporting for MMX Distribution Centers
- Share observations at weekly department meetings
- Assist with development and execution of special processing initiatives within cross-functional teams
- Support inbound flow through development of merchandise availability models and reporting
- Provide liaison support between the Home Office and Distribution Centers regarding ongoing production needs and priorities
- Maintain archival processes for production and operational metrics across distribution centers and third-party logistics sites using warehouse management and other systems
- Participate in development of presentations for business partners
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
- Leverage analytical skills to support operational reporting and execution of supply-chain processes
- Collaborate with business partners to drive cost reduction, operational efficiency, and other results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Seeking Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Operations Management
- Current Juniors or Sophomores
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and intermediate formulas
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities
- Ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, organize multiple projects, and work independently
- Ability to work with numbers and think creatively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
- Experience working with numbers
- High level of curiosity
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and VLOOKUPs
