About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze current reporting delivery methods in stores and determine the future roadmap
- Review processes for ordering, selling, and financial follow-up of the Marmaxx Beverage program
- Determine best practices and requirements for a “one TJX” Cash office solution
- Evaluate store needs against the strategy for deployed mobile devices and workstation hardware
- Determine business use cases and ROI for enabling in-store Wi-Fi
- Assist in managing business requirements and execution plans for store infrastructure and network technical roadmaps
- Advocate for Marmaxx stores in prioritization activities with other business divisions and IT
- Partner with Stores, Field Leadership, IT, and Home Office departments to deliver systems solutions
- Support evaluation, implementation, development, upgrades, and rollouts of system changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in retail store operations and technology systems
- Previous work experience in a retail store preferred
- Excellent relationship development skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivator and ability to prioritize projects
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-tasked environment
- Previous experience with project management preferred
