About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive efficient and profitable sales while providing a great customer experience through store engineering
Analyze operational store layout, process methods, merchandise delivery, register and dressing-room quantities, and equipment types and quantities
Partner with Store Management, Field Executive teams, and Home Office business partners
Identify, analyze, and recommend improvement opportunities within the off-price model
Support creation and maintenance of engineered labor standards driving store payroll
Identify business opportunities and trends
Select stores for tests and initiatives and evaluate program success using statistical tools and other techniques
Work with Property Development and Field Teams
Analyze business aspects, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills
Highly motivated self-starter
Ability to prioritize effectively
Proactive and flexible with a strong bias for action
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
Ability to independently generate ideas and process improvements and clearly articulate them to the team
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Proven leadership abilities and strong work ethic
Previous employment in retail is a strong plus
