Manager

• You develop and implement a global Total Rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits and mobility across all employee groups.
• You design and continuously improve scalable frameworks, systems and processes for compensation, benefits and global mobility.
• You lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of short-term incentive (STI) plans and other variable compensation programs.
• You ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency regulations, and drive the implementation of necessary measures and reporting.

Total Rewards Manager

• You will independently create, coordinate and track weekly consolidated orders and additional send-outs for our influencer marketing activities
• You will handle individual special cases, giveaway shipments and larger event orders flexibly — organizing transport by van, freight forwarder or truck as needed
• You will maintain full oversight of order management, track shipping status and proactively resolve delays or issues
• You will act as the communication link between Marketing, Planning and Logistics, translating marketing requirements into actionable operational processes

Influencer Logistics & Order Management Specialist

AI Engineer

• You translate requirements from business units into concrete, implementable AI solutions, working closely with Business, Security & Engineering.
• You take use cases from the initial idea to production — including implementation, alignment, documentation and transparency.
• You integrate AI / LLMs and agents into production workflows and contribute to building a central AI infrastructure/platform.
• You work hands-on with our enterprise AI tools (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise) and help to further develop them and improve usability.
• You build and maintain workflows and automations in n8n and support teams in using them independently.
• You evaluate and introduce new AI tools, consolidate existing ones, and develop standards and governance together with Security (e.g., for n8n).

AI Engineer, All Genders

• You will work closely with the VP Tech Product & Portfolio and other leaders to structure, plan and successfully execute strategic technology initiatives
• You will elicit, structure and design requirements for cross-functional tech projects and ensure their successful delivery
• You will manage complex projects together with and on behalf of Product, Engineering and Operations stakeholders alongside involved Product Owners, ensuring alignment on shared goals, priorities and timelines

• Qualification of new suppliers and evaluation of new raw materials with regard to quality, safety and compliance
• Conduct supplier assessments and monitor supplier performance
• Responsible for supplier complaint management and tracking of corrective and improvement measures
• Preparation, review and approval of raw material and purchasing specifications;
• Preparation of risk assessments for raw materials and management of communication with suppliers in case of quality deviations
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements, legal regulations, standards and specific additional requirements

• Responsible for operational quality assurance at the site and ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
