• Provide end-to-end employee relations legal support, including with regard to employment contracts, procedures and policies, industrial instruments, wage compliance, performance management, conduct issues, investigations, disciplinary action, disputes, strategic projects and other matters.

• Execute and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across our brands, turning media plans into high-performing activity that drives prospecting, audience growth and business outcomes.
• Working closely with Planning and Media Marketing Managers, you'll manage campaign delivery across social, display, video, native, sponsorships and emerging channels, overseeing budgets, performance and optimisation to maximise results.
• You'll be hands-on in the platforms, building and managing campaigns, analysing data and insights, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless execution across both programmatic and non-programmatic channels.
