Senior Manager – Digital Strategy
The Lottery CorporationSenior Manager partnering closely with Digital Leadership Team at The Lottery Corporation to set strategic direction. Focusing on growth opportunities, customer segments, and investment priorities in Australia.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and evolve Digital’s strategic priorities and roadmap based on customer, market and industry insights
- Identify new growth opportunities, including underserved customer segments and emerging digital trends
- Develop customer segmentation frameworks to guide product, marketing and innovation decisions
- Lead strategy development from concept through to execution, including business case and commercial modelling
- Drive key commercial decisions, including build, buy and partner trade-offs
- Define OKRs and performance measures, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
- Provide insights and reporting to support faster, data-informed decision making across the Digital business
- Ensure benefits realisation is tracked and embedded into ongoing investment decisions
- Partner with Strategy, Finance and Planning teams to align Digital priorities with enterprise direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to cut through complexity and set direction
- Proven commercial acumen, linking strategy to financial outcomes
- Experience in digital growth strategy, segmentation and insight-led decision making
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcome
- Ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable execution
- Curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
