People Operations Coordinator
The Lottery CorporationPeople Operations Coordinator playing a key role in HR operations and People & Culture initiatives at Australia’s largest lottery company. Supporting employees and contributing to various projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver end-to-end People & Culture operational support with a strong customer focus
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, policies and processes
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including role changes and updates
- Maintain accurate HR data, systems and documentation
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and entitlements
- Support compliance activities and due diligence processes
- Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects
- Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and support
- Support broader team administration, including invoicing and coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in administration, HR or service based roles
- A degree (or studying toward) HR, business or a related field
- Experience with HR systems or recruitment processes (desirable)
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional, responsive approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
