About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver end-to-end People & Culture operational support with a strong customer focus
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, policies and processes
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including role changes and updates
  • Maintain accurate HR data, systems and documentation
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and entitlements
  • Support compliance activities and due diligence processes
  • Contribute to People & Culture initiatives and projects
  • Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and support
  • Support broader team administration, including invoicing and coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in administration, HR or service based roles
  • A degree (or studying toward) HR, business or a related field
  • Experience with HR systems or recruitment processes (desirable)
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional, responsive approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
