Project Manager

• Serve as a day-to-day steward of our source of truth for all Omni-owned and Omni-focused promotions, managing timelines and status updates for awareness.
• Tracking multi-step processes—ranging from joint slot tournaments to months-long sweepstakes to weekly bonus bet and casino bonus promo drops—ensuring all steps are executed properly.
• Assist Project Director in ensuring activation-based events are connected to ongoing promotions and interfacing with the Omni Project manager (and/or in-house Design team) owning creative requests to ensure all deliverables are available as relevant.
• Work with Omni PM team to maintain real-time status updates and delivery dates for routine and ad hoc work outside of holistic projects, such as monthly property tours of Florida and New Jersey casinos.
• Assist in ascertaining objectives and requirements, assuring all relevant stakeholders’ expectations are aligned with the agreed-upon scope.
• Identify and mitigate overall project risk by defining assumptions and blockers at the onset, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
• Plot project-specific milestones to keep stakeholders informed on deliverables.
• Assist with conducting project postmortems, ensuring proper documentation.

Project Manager – Omni

• Set the technical direction and architecture for complex, cross-team systems

Full-stack Engineer

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units.
• Work with Engineering Managers and leaders outside of Casino Engineering to coordinate shared initiatives and organisational dependencies.
• Translate engineering realities into clear, structured, and data-backed communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between technical priorities, delivery execution, and business goals.
• Coordinate and structure delivery plans across Casino Engineering teams into a coherent, cross-team view, covering both product-driven and technical initiatives.
• Drive the ongoing maintenance of the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution, platform improvements, resilience, and technical debt.
• Facilitate regular planning and alignment sessions with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product, and other stakeholders to review priorities, sequencing, and dependencies.

• Partner with SecOps to feed high-quality cloud signals into our detection and response pipeline
