- Produce detailed daily QA reports
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in QA, content operations, trading, or a related sportsbook/online gaming function
- Strong, demonstrable sports betting knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and QA rigor
- The ability to multi-task and work on multiple issues simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication
