Engineer

• Provides engineering solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Performs in accordance with department and/or projects instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE requirements: - Technically correct engineering analysis - Optimized engineering solutions - Technical assistance within projects, and manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.
• Writes and issues technical specifications and reports related to own activities within Subsea projects and/or operations.
• Supervises more “junior” engineering personnel by checking their calculations, design conception, and engineering solutions and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables.

New Product Development Engineer

Field Engineer

• To execute (in conjunction with the project specific installation engineers) the mobilisation and offshore execution installation engineering for a Dive Support Vessel within a VSO iEPCI execution stream.
• To identify and implement standard work in order to facilitate continuous improvement of projects offshore execution activities.
• To support safe and efficient project preparation, mobilisation and offshore execution and foster coordination and synergies between projects and minimize interfaces.
• To provide an interface between the execution team (onshore based) and the vessel crew during project preparation.
• To contribute to Offshore Industrialization through standard work development, installation track record, lesson learned, best practices and pro-actively sharing expertise and knowledge with others.

• Coordinate and manage import and export logistics activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and full compliance with applicable regulations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute local deliveries to oilfield sites using approved transport providers to meet operational delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all shipments, including delivery notes, work orders, transport logs, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor transport performance, proactively address delays or issues, and ensure continuity of field operations.
• Liaise effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and site teams to align logistics activities with operational requirements.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and HSE requirements.

• Field Service, assembly and repair of new, reman and customer property.
• Works independently to install new products and conduct repairs of TechnipFMC equipment ensuring no rig lost time for our customers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets.
• Handles customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintains communication with Company Representative on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements.
• Assures all equipment, service tooling and spare parts are on location and ready to use and functions fit prior to beginning each job.

• Technical lead for rig mobilization

• Lead and coordinate field studies, e.g., life extension projects, field upgrades, and feasibility studies

System Engineer

• Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.
• Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency.
• Participate in the review of maintenance plans and updates to the maintenance management system.
• Support the review of maintenance procedures related to the quality management system.
• Participate in or perform critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and the maintenance process.

• Manages the entire change lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation review.
• Assesses the impact, feasibility, and risk of proposed changes using provided data.
• Prioritizes change requests to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Reviews change requests and determines if they need to proceed to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for further evaluation.
• Makes final decisions on whether to approve or reject changes based on business impact and risk.
• Evaluates the success of changes and identifies areas for improvement.
• Includes representatives from different departments (IT, business, operations) in CAB meetings.
