• Inspect TechnipFMC products received from other TechnipFMC plant and vendors.
• Perform QC Inspection during manufacturing process as per the DBI.

Quality Engineer II

Engineer

• Provides engineering solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce
• Review geotechnical and geophysical data and develop soil design parameters
• Develop foundation design loads and assess offshore geohazards
• Perform geotechnical design/analysis of various subsea and offshore structures including shallow foundations, suction piles, driven piles, gravity bases, and other types of subsea and mooring anchors
• Develop fit-for-purpose foundation sizes for offshore/subsea structures

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide hands-on engineering support for pump machining, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of installed equipment.

• Create and review engineering drawings, BOMs, part reports, specifications, and ECNs under supervision.
• Use CAD tools to develop layouts, component designs, and product improvements.
• Work closely with manufacturing to resolve build issues and improve product quality and manufacturability.
• Support sales and service teams with technical documentation and application guidance; customer contact increases with experience.
• Participate in field or customer site visits as needed to support pump-related issues and collect application data.

Pump Product Engineer

Supply Chain

• Material movement including loading and unloading trucks and moving material from location to location by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Prepares outbound shipment of materials including staging, packaging, labeling, counting, and document preparation.
• Arranges for trucking and communicates with other stakeholders in the shipping process.
• Will work under the general direction of the site Logistics Coordinator
• Move materials from location to location as instructed by the Move Request form by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks according to established safety and operating procedures.
• Take complete responsibility for preparation of shipments by staging, counting, documenting, and packaging materials for safe transport.
• Process paperwork and arrange for transport through 3rd party provider.
• Communicate shipments status and other information to necessary FMC personnel.
• Distribute received shipments by delivering materials to requestor.
• Process paperwork to record transaction.
• Assist in physically locating Customer Property materials.
• Assist refurbishment teams with load outs or any staging of equipment.
• Assists with SAP inventory record maintenance by weighing materials, measuring materials, and creating and attaching identifying equipment tags.

• Field Service, assembly and repair of new, reman and customer property
• Works independently to install new products and conduct repairs of TechnipFMC equipment ensuring no rig lost time for our customers while controlling expenses and maintaining assets
• Handles customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintains communication with Company Representative on issues including job procedures, spare parts requirements, function fit and critical dimension measurements
• Assures all equipment, service tooling and spare parts are on location and ready to use and functions fit prior to beginning each job
• Records critical dimensions to ensure assembly will work and obtains and reviews product running procedures
• Provides “Project Support” as required, for all new projects which includes attending design review for equipment and tools, reviewing installation procedures, assisting with project Factory Acceptance Tests and reviewing project training requirements for service personnel

• Completes a Tally Book or other forms to communicate procedures, spare parts, critical dimensions and customer questions and complaints

Embedded Software Test Engineer

• The Engineer will be responsible for the installation of subsea structures, flexible flowlines and/or umbilicals, riser systems, mooring systems, etc.
• The Engineer prepares the mission and then supports the offshore crew during the operation
• The Engineer also ensures the interface with the Client, the suppliers, the offshore crew and the design team
• Provides engineering solutions as part of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Installation Engineer II

Operations

• Work directly with Project Operations Management team members to manage the movement of goods and people to deliver the project specific workscope.
• Participate in project planning and initiate development of appropriate operational logistics and coordination procedures
• Issue Operational Logistics plan prior to project execution, lead and seek opportunity to improve Operational Logistics Process and implement enhanced daily operation to achieve further cost efficiency for the projects
