ROV Operator I

General

• Field and workshop HSE inspections for HSE compliance with internal and external compliance
• Intervention when at-risk activities are observed
• Trains, monitors and coaches team members to ensure adherence to HSE principles, policies and standards
• Provides support for incident and near miss investigations, problem resolution, and appropriate feedback (positive and corrective) within the teams and sites
• Assists with Worker’s Compensation cases
• Supports Safety Committees
• Supports all HSE recordkeeping and other administrative activities
• Assists in environmental compliance and projects
• Supports federal and state mandated employee safety and health monitoring programs
• Provides support for other HSE duties or initiatives as needed
• Attends customer HSE related training and meetings when required
• Reports out findings and project status to site management

HSE Coordinator

Technician

• Actively participate and contribute to the quality control and quality assurance efforts
• Ensure tools, techniques, procedures and qualifications used comply with API, ISO and other relevant standards
• Ensure internal and external suppliers deliver in compliance with TechnipFMC and customer quality requirements. Clarify those requirements where required
• Interface with manufacturing and assembly personnel, suppliers and customer representatives and inspectors to ensure that verification plans (e.g. ITP’s) are implemented correctly, and if necessary to resolve any problems
• Initiate Quality and Service Notification or NCR’s for detected deviation or non-conformities.
• Ensures that Quality Notification and NCR’s are correctly and completely populated
• Support Field Non-Conformance Reports (FNCR’s) by investigating problems with process or system procedures, evaluating root causes, recommending corrective action and following up on effectiveness of corrections and corrective actions
• Track, monitor and report Quality performance of internal and external suppliers
• Expert in handling testing equipment and instruments
• Actively participates in maintaining calibration of measuring and test equipment
• Practice good housekeeping in work area
• Support internal and external audit
• Answer Quality related questions as a Subject Matter Expert where possible.

Quality Technician

• Supports on the assembly and tests of mechanical assemblies of low complexity
• Applies and develops basic skills in operation and usage of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment
• Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Cleans components according to specifications and verbal/written instructions
• Assists more experienced Technicians in more advanced activities
• Learns procedures and practices safety

Workshop Service Technician I

• Perform activities related to Offshore Base operations, including the receiving, inspection, control, storage, handling, and availability of materials, equipment, and components
• Verify material compliance against purchase orders, invoices, and technical specifications
• Control material receipts and dispatches through ERP systems
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records
• Perform preservation activities for stored materials and equipment
• Conduct periodic inventory counts
• Open packaging and verify received and outgoing materials
• Perform pre-loading inspections by comparing physical materials against material lists to ensure compliance
• Execute the loading of materials and equipment onto vessels and trucks, issuing reports on completed activities

Materials Technician I

Human Resources

• Manages a team for more than one HR functions and/or responsible for developing several new HR projects or initiatives.
• Ensures correct and timely implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Guarantees compliance with all legal requirements in terms of Labor law, Taxation, and Social Security.
• Understands the short/medium term business requirements and advises the most appropriate HR solutions.
• Provides advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices and employment legislation.

• Leads the change management projects and support the HR related internal and external communication.

HR Manager

• Operate ROV systems during subsea inspection, intervention, and installation activities.

• Prepare ROV systems and associated equipment, verifying functionality of systems, sensors, and peripherals.
• Participate in ROV launch and recovery operations following established procedures and protocols.
• Support troubleshooting activities and maintenance execution.
• Perform functional testing and calibration of onboard systems.

• Establish and maintain the project cost control structure (CBS/WBS alignment) in accordance with approved project baselines.

Field Engineer

• Provide engineering-level technical support to field service operations
• Plan and coordinate field services activities under supervision of a Service Project Manager

• Ensure full compliance with TechnipFMC HSE, QHSES, and Duty of Care requirements
• Serve as technical and operational interface with customers during execution

QA Engineer

• Supports Procurement Supplier Quality activities which include qualification and auditing, monitoring Supplier performance, training, communicating quality issues and implementing necessary corrective actions, including source inspection
• Monitors the Supplier Performance through the use of BI reporting tools and systems
• Participates in audits of suppliers
• Supports to define and executes training of suppliers to the TechnipFMC's processes
• Act as a Supplier liaison for supplier Corrective Action Requests. Investigates problems with process or system procedures, evaluates root cause, recommends corrective action and follows-up to ensure that action was effective

Mechanical Design Engineer

Civil Engineer

• Provides technically complex engineering solutions in particularly challenging project environments in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Independently perform structural design and analysis and supervise structural engineers performing design and analysis.
• Create, review and approve technical engineering documents.
• Manage project design reviews and constructability reviews.
• Provide sound engineering advice on subsea structural analysis and design to ensure efficient and cost-effective fabrication, handling and subsea installation.
• Ensure technical compliance and quality as well as on‐time‐delivery of all responsible deliverables.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of engineers & designers.
• Attend meetings with project teams and interface with clients and be able to provide engineering recommendations and solutions.
• Drives innovative solutions to optimize subsea structures and improve efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting engineering for subsea projects constrained by safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Travel to and attend site as required to guide, inspect or oversee fabrication of structural items.

Senior Structural Engineer

• Move materials from location to location as instructed by the Move Request form by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks according to established safety and operating procedures.
• Assist preparation of shipments by staging, counting, documenting, and packaging materials for safe transport.
• Distribute received shipments by delivering materials to requestor.
• Process paperwork to record transaction.
• Assist in physically locating Customer Property materials.
• Assist refurbishment teams with load outs or any staging of equipment.
• Physically prepares materials for safe movement or shipment including use of banding machine and clincher, stretch film, crating or other means.
• Practices good housekeeping in assigned area and properly disposes of waste according to safety and environmental policies.
• Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Team Leader.
