About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for Flowline products, including flow iron, valves, swivel joints, manifolds, fittings, and related equipment.
- Support manufacturing by resolving production issues and implementing product improvements.
- Investigate field failures and customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Support sales with technical documentation, product recommendations, and customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Support product testing, validation, and qualification activities.
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams to improve product performance and reliability.
- Participate in customer visits and field support activities as required.
- Promote safety, quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of engineering experience supporting pressure pumping, flowline, frac equipment, or related oilfield products.
- Strong knowledge of flow iron products and pressure pumping applications.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, field operations, and customer technical support.
- Experience with engineering drawings, BOMs, change management, and product lifecycle support.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment and support field activities as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
