• Work closely with Team Lead to provide a transparent and seamless experience for clients throughout all aspects of the Client Experience
• Audit digital accounts for anomalies including, ensure best practices are being leveraged in digital accounts, compare performance to benchmarks, perform basic optimizations to ensure customer success

• Participate in and document Client meeting discussions and conference calls
• Maintain constant communication with Account Teams on deliverables status and current work-in-progress using internal processes
• Assist with resolving Client questions and needs in a timely manner
• Work to problem-solve production issues and errors; escalate issues, as needed
• Understand Clients goals and effectively organize deliverables to ensure productive campaign results
• Update and maintain Clients Consumer Portal(s)
• Learn, and maintain, knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers

• RADs are responsible for the initial launch of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, as well as the management and retention of existing clients.
• RADs provide digital marketing strategy, website & lead performance optimization, analytics & reporting, and additional in-store training to help dealers achieve sales and service objectives.
• RADs closely monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness utilizing proprietary company technology platforms and work closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are accurately executed on deadline.

Regional Account Director – Team Lima

• RADs demonstrate expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies and provide the highest level of customer service, working closely with our automotive dealer clients to provide consultative marketing assessments and offer comprehensive marketing solutions.
• RADs strive to become a partner of the dealership by helping to effectively implement an intelligent marketing strategy that helps dealers sell, service and retain more customers for less cost and expand a dealerships revenue opportunities.
• RADs are responsible for the initial launch of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, as well as the management and retention of existing clients.
• RADs provide digital marketing strategy, website & lead performance optimization, analytics & reporting, and additional in-store training to help dealers achieve sales and service objectives.
• RADs are proficient in building comprehensive, performance-based digital marketing strategies.
• RADs closely monitor and report on client campaign effectiveness utilizing proprietary company technology platforms and work closely with the Client Services and Production Teams to ensure all campaign deliverables are accurately executed on deadline and all projected revenue is accounted for each month.

Regional Account Director – Team Tango

IT Support

• Provide user guidance and first-level support by assisting with incident resolution
• Serve as the first line of support for incoming IT requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access to systems or applications
• Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system to ensure proper tracking and knowledge sharing
• Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment
• Provide end-user training and guidance on company systems and applications

Helpdesk Support Specialist

General

• Monitor traffic quality across hundreds of dealership websites.
• Analyze traffic patterns to identify bots, crawlers, spam, and invalid sessions.
• Partner with the Analytics team to ensure accurate GA4, server-side tagging, and event collection.
• Work with the Launch team to validate analytics implementations before websites go live.
• Verify CDN and Akamai Bot Management configurations are correctly deployed on new launches.
• Develop dashboards that measure human traffic versus automated traffic.
• Create and maintain allowlists for search engines, OEM integrations, uptime monitoring, and approved third-party services.
• Investigate unusual changes in traffic, conversions, engagement, or attribution.
• Configure and optimize Akamai Bot Management policies while minimizing false positives and maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Validate cookie consent, tracking pixels, GTM/server-side GTM, and analytics configurations.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and reporting are not impacted by invalid traffic.
• Analyze HTTP requests, headers, cookies, referrers, user agents, IP reputation, and behavioral signals to classify traffic.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure bot traffic is excluded from reporting and downstream data platforms.
• Develop documentation, launch checklists, and standards for traffic quality validation.
