Account Executive

• Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with RCM organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand SuperDial’s presence within the RCM and healthcare financial services space.
• Build deep relationships with C-suite executives, RCM leaders, billing teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Educate potential customers on how SuperDial’s AI-driven solutions improve efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and optimize revenue recovery.
• Generate and nurture high-quality leads to drive revenue growth.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of RCM workflows, medical billing challenges, and AI-driven automation trends.

Account Executive, Revenue Cycle Management

Business Operations

• Own corporate card program, expense reporting, and reimbursement workflows.
• Manage company-wide financial processes, vendor relationships, and purchasing systems.
• Partner with Finance on cash flow management, budget tracking, and forecasting.
• Oversee compliance and internal controls for financial and operational processes.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable systems across business functions.
• Maintain CRM and sales tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Build and automate dashboards for pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and sales performance.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales and financial systems.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on quota setting, comp plans, and reporting.

Business Operations Manager

General Counsel

• Serve as the primary legal advisor across SuperDial’s operations: commercial, corporate, regulatory, and employment
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements with healthcare providers, vendors, and partners
• Advise on healthcare regulatory issues, especially HIPAA, HITECH, state privacy laws, and payer-provider relationships
• Guide internal teams on product and AI-related legal risks, data use, and ethical AI best practices
• Partner with sales and customer success on deal structure and contract redlines
• Support fundraising, corporate governance, and cap table management in collaboration with outside counsel
• Create and maintain internal policies, templates, and scalable legal infrastructure
• Own legal operations, including managing outside counsel and overseeing compliance programs

Revenue Operations

• Conduct full reviews of Salesforce, HubSpot, and related GTM tooling and recommend/implement optimizations for pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and reporting.
• Build scalable workflows to support lead-to-close efficiency and customer success handoffs, and create documentation, playbooks, and training for the GTM team.
• Set up dashboards and reporting for executive visibility into revenue performance; provide forecasting support and help design compensation and territory models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to identify bottlenecks, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as an embedded advisor for RevOps best practices and deliver tangible revenue impact while building infrastructure for future scale.

• Lead product design: create intuitive, elegant, and scalable UI/UX for our customer-facing portal and tools
• Own GTM design: develop visuals and assets for demo videos, conference booth materials, whitepapers, pitch decks, and other customer-facing collateral

• Backend for LLMs – Architect and implement scalable, low-latency APIs and services that wrap, orchestrate, and optimize LLMs for healthcare use cases.
• Data & Retrieval Pipelines – Build ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ground LLMs in clinical and revenue-cycle data.
• LLMOps & Observability – Design systems for model monitoring, evaluation, cost tracking, and guardrails, ensuring reliability and responsible use.
• Performance & Optimization – Engineer solutions for caching, batching, load balancing, and scaling LLM workloads across cloud and containerized environments.
