• Apply general concepts of fire protection engineering through investigation and analysis to support engineering projects that may include design of fire suppression systems (sprinklers and standpipes, water supply, special hazard extinguishing systems), fire detection and alarm systems, and smoke control systems, selection of fire-resistant materials and assemblies, and development of egress strategies.
• Perform basic calculations to analyze and design engineering system components using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software.

• Conduct technical evaluations supporting planning and design of sewer collection systems and interceptors and water distribution and transmission mains.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record, leading the preparation and delivery of project technical specifications and civil engineering construction documents. Sign, review and evaluate work for technical accuracy and completeness; advise on technical problem and solutions.
• Management of existing client relationships and development of new client relationships. Lead, or contribute to, project scoping, value analysis, and cost estimating meetings.

• The primary role of the Interior Designer is to interpret and translate the needs and desires of a client as well as any architectural direction set forth into cohesive interior design solution.

• This individual will often be required to present their ideas in formal and informal settings with a willingness and desire to hear and respond to constructive feedback.
• An Interior Designer is expected to work collaboratively with the architectural team, conceptualizing, developing, and documenting varying aspects of interior design of a project, including but not limited to space planning, interior architecture, interior materials and palette, specifications and FFE.

• Conduct cost, schedule and document management functions on project(s). As Project Coordinator, you will be required to develop, track and update, cost forecasts; maintain and update project cost reports; develop and update project schedules; support procurement; and maintain document management systems through all phases of the project.
• Deliver day-to-day project tracking and communications with the clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project correspondence and meeting notes.
• Review, monitor and record all contracts, invoices, change orders and payments to all contractors, consultants, and equipment vendors.
• Support the preparation of regular Progress Reports (internal and external).
