About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management assistance to support several projects for Energy and Resources
- Coordinate with project team members across several offices to facilitate and document meetings
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project execution plans and schedules
- Coordinate tasks across multiple technical disciplines and subconsultants
- Track project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation planning
- Create and update Project Setup Forms and Project Execution Plans
- Help set up and maintain project files
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting
- Prepare financial status reports and assist with invoicing
- Maintain organized project documentation
- Support Project Managers in managing client communications
- Assist in review of deliverables and help document quality control reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven proficiency using Microsoft Office and presentation support tools, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Professional
- Flexibility and excellent organization skills to complete multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Aptitude in working with numbers and general accounting understanding and experience
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
- BA or BS degree
- Experience organizing and improving program and project processes
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in project coordination or support roles
