About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads developing, managing, and expanding the operations and practice of the Bridges and Structures team.
- Responsible for strong client relationship management and business development collaboration.
- Oversees the staff in offices across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
- Facilitates team meetings and connects with individual team members as needed to promote employee engagement, continuous improvement, and technical growth.
- Responsible for exceeding client expectations through strong account management across the region.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focusing on structural engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
- Minimum of 15 years of related work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple offices and geographies while managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrates passion for exceptional project delivery, coaching, and proven accountability of delivering on commitments.
