About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads developing, managing, and expanding the operations and practice of the Bridges and Structures team.

Oversees the staff in offices across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focusing on structural engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
Minimum of 15 years of related work experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple offices and geographies while managing competing priorities.
Demonstrates passion for exceptional project delivery, coaching, and proven accountability of delivering on commitments.
