About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of design professionals and technicians
  • Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams
  • Perform business development/application tasks and collaborate with staff to increase project wins
  • Assist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects
  • Develop project management plans for unique and complex projects
  • Responsible for successfully establishing projects to achieve budget, schedule, and contractual obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years related experience in project management, preferably for water/wastewater projects
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
  • Ability to perform mass & energy balance and process equipment sizing calculations
  • Understanding of local and regional jurisdictional codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
