Financial Planning and Analysis

• Design, build, and continuously improve workflows in Pigment, enhancing existing processes and architecting new ones to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning.
• Train and empower finance business partners to become self-sufficient in Pigment, building their capability to construct their own models, dashboards, and reports without relying on a systems specialist.
• Act as a hands-on modeler, building and maintaining basic models directly in Pigment that will support foundational models used in planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
• Own the health of Pigment's data pipelines–both within the platform and the integrations connecting it to external systems such as NetSuite, TeamOhana, and Salesforce–handling maintenance, enhancement, and issue resolution to ensure data flows accurately and on time.
• Serve as the FP&A team's AI evangelist - maximizing use of Pigment's native AI agents, setting up and maintaining integrations with Claude, and identifying new applications of AI that raise the quality, speed, and depth of the team's deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Pigment users across Finance, providing troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Partner with FP&A leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Accounting, People, Data) to translate evolving business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements.
• Stay current on Pigment's product roadmap and broader FP&A tooling and AI trends, proactively identifying opportunities to adopt new capabilities.

FP&A Systems Manager, AI

Director

• Drive Cross-Functional Program Coordination: Own the connective tissue across select cross-functional, high-impact workstreams — tracking dependencies, surfacing blockers, and making sure the right people are talking to each other.
• Resolve Cross-Functional Conflict: Own resolution of conflicts and competing priorities across workstreams, bringing a point of view and driving them to closure at your level so that only genuine cross-ELT tradeoffs need to be escalated.
• Own Financial Interlock & Value Realization: Partner closely with FP&A to run a consistent stage gate rhythm, tracking whether transformation initiatives are translating into real financial outcomes, and surfacing early — with a recommendation, not just a status — when gains aren't materializing.
• Lead Process & Work Design: Partner with leaders to redesign workflows, decision rights, and structures. Before engaging, establish what work needs to be done, what it requires, a realistic timeline, and who's best positioned to lead it (the directly responsible owner always sits outside this team).
• Drive Change Leadership & Communication: Help leaders develop and deliver honest, grounded communication about what's changing and why, including the harder messages — with an enablement focus so teams build the skills to work differently on their own.
• Manage Risk & Decision-Making: Build the structures that ensure risks are identified, communicated, and escalated at the right level — and only the right level.
• Enable the Right Representation: Use cross-functional knowledge to ensure the right people are represented in decisions, maintaining clear structures for who needs to know versus who has a say.
• Advise on Ways of Working: Help teams design meeting rhythms, decision-making norms, and coordination structures that fit a leaner org, facilitating new habits while the accountable team builds the muscle.
• Build Sustainable Capability: Document what works, build shared language and frameworks, and actively transfer capability back to the teams you work with, so this function's energy stays focused on what's newest and hardest.

Senior Director, Enterprise Transformation

• Own and lead Decision Analytics, Sprout's centralized analytics and data science function, spanning domain-specialized pods supporting Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance across the full organization.
• Set the vision, standards, and operating model for how Decision Analytics works at Sprout, including how the team prioritizes, partners with stakeholders, and measures its own impact.
• Drive a fundamental shift in how Sprout's business teams use data: from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making that creates measurable business impact.
• Serve as the primary analytics and data science thought partner to senior business stakeholders across the organization, building deep relationships, understanding what each team is trying to accomplish, and guiding the team to deliver the highest-leverage work.
• Connect the dots across the organization, understanding what individual pods are working on, what business stakeholders need, and what is the best use of the team's time and capability.
• Be a hands-on leader: willing to get into the weeds alongside your team when needed, help work through a complex analysis or model, unblock a problem, or bring the right people into the room.
• Lead and develop a team of managers, analysts, and data scientists across multiple domain pods, creating a culture of proactive partnership, intellectual curiosity, and high standards.
• Partner closely with the Director of Data Enablement on data infrastructure and analytics engineering requirements, ensuring the analytical layer is built on a trustworthy and scalable data foundation.

Senior Director, Decision Analytics

Product Marketing

• Own the GTM Tech Stack: Manage the architecture, configuration, and governance of all non-Salesforce platforms (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Fullcast, Openprise, etc.).
• Drive Salesforce Strategy: Serve as the GTM business owner for CRM requirements; partner tightly with IT to prioritize the RevOps backlog and keep Salesforce aligned with revenue operations.
• Lead and contribute to the GTM AI Roadmap & COE: Direct GTM AI Engineers building custom workflows; establish the Center of Excellence (COE) standards for AI governance, UAT, and build vs. buy decisions.
• Build & Prototype: Take a hands-on role in developing and launching AI workflows, automations, and integrations - writing requirements, prototyping in agent frameworks, and getting into the API/data weeds when needed.
• Govern Data Quality: Maintain system integrations, routing, and enrichment workflows to ensure clean, reliable data across the full stack in partnership with the Data/BI and IT teams.
• Optimize & Consolidate Tooling: Run a structured system intake model with clear SLAs, and strategically consolidate redundant software to build a leaner tech stack.

• Act as the primary conduit between Marketing and Growth Product, aligning strategies, priorities, and execution across teams.
• Define and drive the strategy for critical handoff moments from website to product, including segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization ensuring a cohesive visual and user experience (UX) framework across public-facing web properties and the in-app onboarding environment.
• Lead the vision for integrating marketing intent data with product usage data, enabling a unified view of the customer and powering personalization.
• Architect scalable web pathways for different buyer segments, balancing self-service growth with enterprise routing.
• Define segmentation and behavioral frameworks that power lifecycle marketing and in-product experiences.

Website and Growth Strategy Manager

Chief of Staff

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to both the CPO and CTO, shaping the R&D leadership agenda and preparing them for board and executive interactions.
• Lead the operational teams managing the R&D operating cadence (meetings, reviews, and quarterly planning) and drive the tracking, reporting, and alignment of R&D OKRs with company strategy.
• Act as the first line of judgment on escalations and meeting requests—triaging what requires direct leadership attention versus what can be resolved async.
• Build and maintain the R&D operational dashboard, translating data on delivery velocity, capacity, and headcount into clear narratives that drive decisions.

• Define and evangelize a high-impact roadmap for Trellis Chat and Trellis Studio that translates customer needs into intuitive agentic workflows ensuring Trellis solves key customer pain points and drives ROI.
• Lead high-stakes, platform-wide initiatives by identifying integration points across the Sprout portfolio, enabling customers to achieve sophisticated outcomes with minimal effort through seamless agentic assistance.
• Partner deeply with cross-functional teams to develop our Trellis skills ecosystem.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Trellis within the product org, maintaining a constant feedback loop with customers.
• Act as the connective tissue between GTM, Design, and Engineering to ensure that features are not only technically sound but also commercially viable and intuitively designed.
• Elevate the product organization’s collective AI literacy by mentoring peer PMs, sharing best practices, and helping shape the internal standards for building and shipping intelligent products.

Principal Product Manager – Trellis

• Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including annual operating planning, long-range planning (LRP), rolling forecasts, and executive consolidations across the business.
• Serve as the strategic finance partner and trusted advisor to Sprout’s G&A leadership team, including the People, Legal, IT, and Corporate functions, helping guide investment decisions and operational trade-offs.
• Own and enhance corporate financial models, SaaS operating metrics, headcount planning frameworks, and executive reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive forecast rigor and operational discipline through proactive variance analysis, scenario planning, and actionable insights into company performance drivers.
• Own total-company payroll, tax, benefits, and macro-level merit/promo guidance allocation assumptions in close alignment with the Total Rewards team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Procurement, Total Rewards, and business leaders to optimize spend management, workforce planning, and financial visibility.
• Build executive-ready narratives and presentations that translate complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.
• Champion analytical excellence, scalable planning processes, and best practices across the broader FP&A organization, acting as a key driver of team initiatives and mentor to team members.
