About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary conduit between Marketing and Growth Product, aligning strategies, priorities, and execution across teams.
- Define and drive the strategy for critical handoff moments from website to product, including segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization ensuring a cohesive visual and user experience (UX) framework across public-facing web properties and the in-app onboarding environment.
- Lead the vision for integrating marketing intent data with product usage data, enabling a unified view of the customer and powering personalization.
- Architect scalable web pathways for different buyer segments, balancing self-service growth with enterprise routing.
- Define segmentation and behavioral frameworks that power lifecycle marketing and in-product experiences.
- Establish and drive reporting frameworks that connect upstream acquisition to downstream activation, PQLs, and revenue impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning strategy in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-service growth environment.
- Strong technical fluency across marketing, product, and data platforms (e.g., AEP, Adobe CJA/Target, Salesforce, MixPanel, Pendo, Redshift)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Track record of driving measurable impact across complex, multi-stage funnels.
