Source and manage a pipeline of health plan opportunities into high-value partnerships, owning the end-to-end deal process through closing
Build relationships with health plan executives to understand their organization’s needs and priorities
Develop presentation and proposal materials to support the sales process
Regularly represent Sprinter health at industry conferences and events
Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless handoff to implementation
Influence product strategy and roadmap based on insights from prospective and current partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Direct experience selling to and developing long-term relationships with health plan executivesIndustry knowledge of managed care organizations, including
Quality and Risk Adjustment operations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
Ability to travel 25% - 50% for meetings and industry events
