About the role

  • Company mission: make exceptional customer service the norm using an AI agent that safely handles high-stakes customer support
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: generate leads, build pipeline, negotiate and close complex high-value deals
  • Expand business within existing accounts by identifying and selling new features and business lines
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives
  • Evangelise the product through tailored presentations, live demos, and strategic discussions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and solutions engineering to ensure customer success and influence product roadmap
  • Define GTM motion, build sales processes, and set standards for engaging and winning enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Expertise in managing complex, end-to-end deals from prospecting to close
  • Ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships
  • Experience with consultative and value-based selling
  • Deep familiarity with the SaaS and AI landscape
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
