• As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving market expansion in the Americas/Europe.
• You'll lay the foundation for our sales motion by engaging with prospects across the financial services sector, helping them understand the value of our AI agent through creative, well-researched, and highly personalised outreach.
• Strategic account targeting: partner with Enterprise AEs to prioritise high-conviction accounts across banking, fintech, lending, and insurance.
• Multi-channel prospecting: generate pipeline through cold calling, personalised email, and LinkedIn outreach that lands with C-level buyers.
• AI-powered workflows: operate and tune tools for research, enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring so your time goes to the highest-value interactions.
• First impressions: act as the first human touch from Gradient Labs, representing us as a trusted advisor from the opening message.
• Product and market expertise: build real depth in our product, the financial services market, and where AI in customer operations is heading.
• Cross-functional impact: feed sharp field signal back to Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to compound targeting, messaging, and conversion.
• The craft of sales: develop the skills that take you from BDR to top-performing AE, from discovery to objection handling to stakeholder mapping.

• Own the full sales cycle for community banks, regional banks, and credit unions across the US, from self-generated pipeline through to closing complex, high-value deals.
• Build long-term relationships with COOs, Heads of Customer or Member Experience, and other C-suite stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor anchored on ROI and operational impact.
• Evangelise Gradient Labs through tailored presentations, live demos, and strategic conversations. Work closely with product and engineering to bring market signal back into the roadmap.
• Partner with marketing, AI Delivery, and the wider team to execute campaigns, streamline the customer journey, and deliver an industry-leading experience.
• Help define our GTM motion, sales processes, and the standard for how we win community and regional financial institutions as the founding US AE for this segment.

• Own and deliver the full marketing strategy for major tentpole events, including regional data strategies and targeted audience building.
• Track attendee acquisition and lead capture meticulously, ensuring event activities deliver SQLs and a clear ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to align event messaging, coordinate speaker sessions, and ensure our AI agent is presented flawlessly.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive 360-degree campaigns—promoting events via email, social, and PR to maximize reach.
• Manage the event budget, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics to ensure a premium experience for every attendee.
