Requirements
- Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years in high-performance sales roles; healthcare, technology, or B2C/B2B sales experience preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with a clear and professional command of English (minimal accent preferred)
- Strong ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clients, including elderly populations
- Empathy, patience, and active listening skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, and detail orientation, with a drive to convert leads into loyal customers
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, virtual communication platforms, and new technologies
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently
- Bonus: Experience mentoring or leading small teams
