About the role

  • Drive sales conversions by engaging potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and active listening. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term loyalty. Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate value effectively. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Adapt quickly to new processes, technologies, and company systems. Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and client engagement. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years in high-performance sales roles; healthcare, technology, or B2C/B2B sales experience preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish, with a clear and professional command of English (minimal accent preferred). Strong ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clients, including elderly populations. Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to understand client needs. High energy, enthusiasm, and detail orientation, with a drive to convert leads into loyal customers. Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools, virtual communication platforms, and new technologies. Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently. Bonus: Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
