About the role

  • Build relationships and be the go-to person for customers from onboarding onward
  • Set customers up for success by understanding their business and goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer experience and provide feedback
  • Learn and educate customers about Modash and industry best practices
  • Create small and big wins for customers and plant seeds for future growth

Requirements

  • You’ve worked in B2B SaaS, supported technical customers, and know your way around APIs
  • A fast-paced working environment has proven to be suitable for you
  • You’ve previously worked at a startup or a scaleup
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
  • CRM experience, possibly Vitally
  • Being organized is a natural strength
  • Interest in the creator economy and mentality matching company culture
  • Previous marketing experience or knowledge about influencer marketing is helpful
